Why do you expect to get the cmd.exe's features if it isn't cmd.exe that processes your input, but App::Info::Handler::Prompt?

For the same reason I expect--and get--cmd.exe's CLE features when I use <STDIN> within my Perl programs. Cos that's the way the system works! Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error. "Science is about questioning the status quo. Questioning authority".
