Just noticed something a little funky with the CB.

If you try to link to two nodes, as in:

[id://76570|this] and [id://76567|that]

CB Renders: and [id://76567|that]

which means you can't (currently) use two ID:// links in the same CB message.

Or at least, if you can, then there's a funny little incantation to it that I'm missing. :)

(Personally, I think there's a regex that's being just a wee bit too greedy.)

After further testing, and ar0n's patient help, I think I finally understand the *real* problem.

It seems that CB strips out ID links pointing to nodes that don't exist. For example, try /msg'ing thig to yourself: A [id://999999|bad link]., which will return A .

I can understand why that happens, but would prefer to have the CB return the bad link.

    It's not a bad regex; it's a design decision. =P

So, um, would it be possible to, er, reconsider it?
