Hi, a Super Search for root-nodes containing memory revealed many hits which can be narrowed searching for monitor within the text body (pre-defined query). These seem to fit your problem:

• Determining memory usage of a process...
• monitoring memory load
• How much memory am I using?
• ...

Proc::ProcessTable might be the way to go (haven't used it myself, though). CPAN offers a lot of CSV related modules. Take one that meets your requirements. You might be interested in collectd also?
