hi all,

i am using ubuntu 8.10. i was trying to run a script however i got an error below:

/usr/bin/sharc: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6. +2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

is it that i miss out some installation of libraries?

pls help. thanks.

    might be, search for existence of such package in your system with your package manager. Install if it doesn't exist, be careful if you are about to install this new package, because it may trigger of lot other dependency libraries and applications up-gradation, which may at times make the system unstable?!
    what kind of perl script is getting you this error, give us some idea about it

    So, do you have libstdc++-libc6.+2-2.so.3 installed?

    sharc is a perl program?
