My daughter, 10, reminded me recently of the saying "Without rain there can be no rainbow." It touched me and reminded me of what Perl so often brings to my "rainy days" of work:

Rainy days do pass.
The heavens pointing my eyes,
To the Perl rainbow.

      Great idea!

      Recently we've been having our late afternoon rain-showers/thunder-storms and have been having some spectacular rainbows. Hard to beat the real thing. But having a prism, like having Perl in your toolbox, means you can see a rainbow whenever you want. :)
