Is that the one? I thought this was originally done by Tom Christiansen, yet it's posted all over the web without proper attribution it seems. For example:

I find the levels nice... but... how to apply them? How do you rate yourself when you incorporate parts of more than one level? For example, you've done everything in Initiate, all but one in User, some in Expert, and one in Hacker? Are you then considered a Hacker?	[reply]
