But nevertheless I typed in "what is nsperl" in google and the first link gave me the explanation that nsperl is a perl version for Netscape (I guess they mean the webserver with that). If you just want to use a normal Perl version, download the sourcecode, and follow the installationinstructions included with the tarball you download.
