Well, thanks... but I think jdporter deserves the credit. Thank you, jdporter. :) However I'd happily take you up on the beer offer. I may be a little far away at the moment... Are you still in Naperville, IL? I have relatives near there. Perhaps if I visit them sometime soon...

jdporter, I would like to buy you some beer(/your beverage of choice), too. I hereby offer cmv's offer to you (note my location, this could take some logistical work) :)

I may be a little far away at the moment... Are you still in Naperville, IL?

A mere 22 hrs away (plus transfers) by jet - ha! Distance is what you make of it.

However, I am owed a bunch of drinks by various people currently residing down under. Maybe some type of IOU exchange could be arranged?

I do notice that you are fond of Green Tea. I have come a long way since my barbaric tea posting of long ago, and have become quite attached to a particular version of Chineese Oolong tea from Ten Fu's Tea Company. If you want to select something from there, I can have it delivered to you straight away.

Otherwise, the best solution may be for you to drop me a line the next time you find yourself in Naperville. There are some fun places with good beer close by.

Same goes for jdporter, who actually did the work. I have no problems rewarding the requester and the solver. I feel it's my duty to spread beer and tea as far and wide as I can.

What better way to achieve world peace?

.oO( there must be some tea beer somewhere ... )

I drank a Belgian smoked beer the other day that reminded me of Lapsang souchong. I didn't mind it, perhaps because I liked the tea, but my brother the beer connoisseur wasn't particularly impressed.

Incidentally, I just used the new link. Quite handy. :)
