Not sure what the advantage this has over CGI::Application + (Mojolicious has over) CGI::Application::Dispatch, but then I don't see what advantage Catalyst has over that either (Catalyst is getting all the 'Modern Perl' hype, along with Moose). Mojo does seem to have the advantage over Catalyst in terms of weight and speed, though (though apparently dependencies aren't bad, they say).
