Excellent idea! I always had the suspicion that talking about emacs in the monastery is considered OT by the majority ... for sure if talking about elisp. Before joining I have to check my "privacy concerns" related to using a google service ... You may want to /msg other monks like joost or jplindstrom After joining my first question will be how to syntax highlight code in sepia... 8) Cheers Rolf UPDATE: The alternative could be to flag emacs stuff with a prepended `[emacs]` like in [emacs] perl info file. I always had the suspicion that talking about emacs in the monastery is considered OT by the majority ... Yes... not exactly "off-topic", but it's a borderline case. I think there's social pressure against going too far into emacs/perl issues if you're on a forum that's dedicated to just one or the other... So I'm going to see if I can get a cross-over forum going for people who want to geek out about both. We will see how it goes...	[reply]
