Why did you link to some tiny blog that repeats what perl_seeker already tried (perl Makefile.PL ...) which didn't work for him?

Actually I asked for the error message what he is getting. I just add that as a link for him to refer, If I did any things is wrong. Sorry for that.	[reply]
