I had noticed that when I tried it, and corrected the typo, but it was still the same. I'm pretty sure the problem is because IEXPLORE isn't really in the system path... you can go to Start > Run and type IEXPLORE and it will work, but from the DOS Console you have to specify IEXPLORE's directory.
