I am not the author of this module. However, since it is not readily available through google (or CPAN), and is of high utility to anyone parsing a STAR-compatible (such as CIF and mmCIF) file, I am posting a link to the module. This should also get it included in results from searches (and would have saved me two weeks of work two weeks ago).
