in thread Unable to install Win32-GuiTest.ppd on Win XP

Thanks biohisham for wonderful explanation.

I did step by step same what you mentioned.

1st thing.

Earlier also I used the PPM command on the dos promt and graphical package manager used to popup but the package Win32-GuiTest.ppd is not listed in the package list.

2nd Today I tried.

 ppm-shell.bat after that it showed

 C:\Temp>ppm-shell.bat ppm.

OUTPUT was

4.06 (ActivePerl 1006) Copyright (C) 2009 ActiveState Software Inc. All rights reserved. .

Then I tried .

ppm> install Win32::GuiTest .

Output was: No missing packages to install .

Does it mean that Win32::GuiTest package is already installed in my machine ?.

Thanks a lot

    Apologies if my reply is late, great, you got to appreciate the ppm-shell.bat command, I tried installing this package but I could not. Anyways, apparently it tells you that the package exists, you can verify the package existence using this command
    ppm>verify Win32GuiTest
    It returns to you the numbers of files verified,Take care and if you needed any other help I can afford I would sure be around.
