You could also try pdftk (not Perl, but still good :) — see first example on the linked page.	[reply]

Do you mean hyperlinks or bookmarks? Which PDF version are your PDF files? Are you using the appendpdf.pl script? Martin	[reply]

Yes i am using "appendpdf.pl" script. Also I am using "Acrobat 8.0". Query link(internal link) not working(For Example:If i click that link means, it will go to corresponding page. But its not working).	[reply]

I asked which PDF version the files in question are, not the version of whatever software you are using to open them. Have you checked to make sure that the sample script you are using, and CAM::PDF supports recalculation of bookmarks after merging PDF files? Martin	[reply]

Is there any other modules or perl for to merging the pdf files with link. I dont know, but all you have to do is fix-up each page/pdf after you merge with CAM::PDF	[reply]
