Regarding Perl MSSQL

mecrazycoder has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi Monks, Greeting to you all. I am noob in MSSQL. I tried entire forum for connecting with MSSQL and i came with ample results. But i wasn't comfortable with the results. Since i dont know anything about MSSQL and its drivers. I fail to understand the things. Please let me know the module that is need to use for MSSQL, so i can edit/update the things in database. NOTE: I am using windows server 2008 64-bit.

You will need to use the DBI, see the DBI::FAQ note Can I access Microsoft Access or SQL-Server databases with DBI?. I believe some people use DBD::Sybase to conenct to MS SQL Server, though IIRC this was mainly people connecting from nix operating systems.
