search.cpan.org: They come from the Gravatar associated with that author's cpan.org email address.
spx2: I added to my account on gravatar 2 e-mail addresses (including the ones I use on my cpan.org page)
But did you include your cpan.org email address, WSDOOKADR@cpan.org?
