Karger78 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hello monks, I am trying to clear a textfild when using the Perl Win32::GUI. It says clear is TDB. Does anyone have any other alterntives?

    The document from which you got "TBD" shows that $w->Clear(); takes no arguments. So the only thing to be documented is what it does. You seem to think it clears the field. I think so to. Does it? If so, what are you asking?

    If not, just change its value to "".

    If you get desperate, you can always send keys "{home}^{end}{backspace}"
