Latest version of Google::Adwords on strawberry

dutchman has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi, I need to use the latest version of Google::Adwords (1.14) but the strawberry package mgr installs 1.10 and doesn't let me upgrade. How can I get the latest and greatest installed? (on Win XP) thanks!
