It's because HTML uses quotes to delimit values, such as 
<INPUT TYPE="Foo" VALUE="bar">.

The quick solution is to use single quotes.

    Ah, I see. So the Engine is not escaping that out when it generates the VALUE attribute in the HTML, and it gets messed up. Thanks.
