I just noticed that the 12th German Perl Workshop has its call for papers out and I didn't find any announcement here:

The German Perl Workshop in 2010 will happen in Schorndorf from the 7th until the 9th June in the Barbara-Künkelin-Halle. People who were on the GPW 2004 will possibly remember the venue.

The workshop is held by the Deutscher Perl-Workshop GbR and the Wirtschaftsförderung Region Stuttgart GmbH. The Theme is "Modern Perl". The modulesCatalyst, Moose und DBIx::Class play an important role. Catalyst as a very flexible web framework, Moose with a new object orientation for Perl and DBIx::Class as abstraction layer between application and database.
