ikegami has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I can no longer modify tickets in my queues on rt.cpan.org. I can add replies (at least by email), but I can't even get to the page where one can change the status of a ticket (https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Modify.html?id=...). Is it just me?

    I don't know whether it's just you, but I can use rt.cpan.org just fine.

    I presume you can log in without problems? Note that the address from reporting problems with RT is rt-cpan-admin@bestpractical.com.

      I figured it out: I was logging in with my bitcard account. I thought I had tried logging in with my PAUSE account, but it works when I do. Is there any way of associating the two?
