Am I right in thinking that the term "weight" in your examples has nothing to do with the probabilities of a particular weapon or prefix being chosen, but rather the in-game strength or effectiveness of the composite weapon?

Ie. It is not your intention that 'acid' should be chosen twice as frequently as 'fire' or 'frost'?
