From the command prompt type:

ppm install http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/Win32-GuiTest.ppd

Also Perl 5.8.6 is pretty old now, you should consider upgrading to either the latest 5.8 release or to 5.10.

its throwing me error as Error: Failed to download URL http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/Win32-GuiTest.ppd: 501 Protocol scheme '' is not supported how can i fix it please help	[reply]
