well, then, as the issue is probably related to some deficiency on the module itself and nobody is maintaining it, you have two options:

Just don't expect somebody to stand up and do it for fun, the module is far too complex for that to happen.

There is a good chance the patch for Bug #48338 for Net-SSH-Perl: Race condition in SSHv2 might fix it :)	[reply]

I tried applying the patch in the link posted, but that bug reported seems to be unrelated, as a patched version still exhibits the OP's issue.	[reply]
