I grew up in Florida, was educated in Illinois, now living in Virginia. I greatly enjoy problem solving with Perl. I am a system admin and configuration manager. Seems I am really cut out for the contracting life, as I quickly get bored when I am pigeon-holed in regular jobs. Some of my greatest "triumphs" with Perl were creating a program to read and perform analytical filtering and transforms to data using naive-Bayes and other classifiers, and writing complex regular expressions for intelligence analysis. Lately I am trying to provide asset management insight and analysis to a large GSE in Washington... using perl, of course.
