You can still vote to old polls and view their results, so I think it's only worth to re-run old polls if the question is such that many monks would change their answers now.

Click on past polls in the Voting Booth nodelet, then click on the title of an old poll. In the poll node, you will see a link saying "vote on poll title" above the options. Follow that to vote.	[reply]
