ok I have a C program that does what I need. but.... I would
like to create a program that goes through a whole directory
searching for the files that need this program. I don't know
how to distinguish which files need this or not?
the files are text based from SAS, SPSS. I've looked at the
extensions but they are very different EX: (.trn) (.agric)
(.scopa) these are just a few. The files come in from
either a Unix OS or a windows OS and then archived to fixed
length file size and saved on a windows 2000 platform.
