Thank you for your reply!!!!!!!! Actually the remote go grid server doesn't have a UNC. It is usually connected from here through the remote desktop connection (mstsc) with its IP. And moreover, even if we give the UNC, where should i give the user name and password?? The username and password i'm giving in the code is for scheduled task.

Under the normal MS scheme of things, connections to remote machines are done under the credentials of the userid that runs the code. Ie. Whatever id you run your script under will need to be authorised to connect to the remote machine on which you are hoping to schedule the task. Whether Win32::Scheduler operates that way I don't know, but it seems likely. Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
