I guess that depends on what kind of job you are looking for. If you are leaning more toward a system administration gig then learning Moose and Web frameworks may not be on the top of your list because you might not be using that on a daily basis. For instance, my first uses for Perl at a company was to replace Windows batch scripts with something actually readable. I would peruse jobs.perl.org for a while and look a the jobs that interest you. They'll tell you what kinds of tools and techniques you will need to have under your belt. Then go about learning those.
