Besides the easy route of going to Nodelet Settings and enabling the Personal Nodelet, you can craft your own API for recording your favorite nodes based on the example I gave in Re: Free Nodelet gets templating features (simple "add this" example), using the Free Nodelet which can record the list using whatever presentation you can design in your Free Nodelet or either of your scratchpads.
