Assuming Perl is installed properly :
- Read PPM FAQ
- Read PPM FAQ
- Read PPM FAQ
- Read PPM FAQ
- Read PPM FAQ
- Log in as administrator
- Open a DOS box
- type : ppm and press enter
- type : install Net::SMTP and press enter
- follow steps described by PPM

Doesn't play well with the firewall here and I'm too stoopid to configure it to do so.
So I just download the packages to a central repository and then do ppm install <package> from a dos shelll.
The advantage is that all the libraries are on a central repository so I can set up new PC's quickly. Useful when you swap desks every couple of weeks...
