I didnot get you....My same code was working properly 2 days ago....Is there any issue with the RAM or its is due to something else??? please clarify...

please clarify... I can't, since I know nothing neither about the environment of your script, nor do I know its purpose, and I don't know of any sample data, whether input or output, and there is no code except a snippet which surely isn't the culprit. With the information you provided all I can do is guessing. How would you make an educated guess from the piece of code you posted without knowing anything else? See I know what I mean.
