    Please don't link to pirated copies of Perl books, it discourages authors from writing good books if that becomes a habit, and decreases sales.

    Please don't link to unauthorised copies of copywrite material. Legalities aside, some of the authors spend their time contributing to the community. Your behaviour only hurts the community.

    I am sorry, somehow I did not check and thought it was an official online release of an older version of the book or something. The site looks so neat...

      By that logic you need to be very careful about how things 'look'. Based purely on 'looks' you could get into trouble. See Phishing.

        I know. I am used to be careful when it is about my money, but I am a bit less careful if it is about someone else's money, apparently :-) But let us not get too far off topic.

    I think that is about how to use the perl interpreter, My question was about the internals of the interpreter.
