Tie::Scalar, Tie::StdScalar - base class definitions for tied scalars

Basically, Tie::StdScalar isn't a standalone module, its a package defined in Tie::Scalar. dconway often gets these types of details wrong and doesn't fix them for a long time (eg Bug 30046 for Regexp-MatchContext: Wrong dependency on Tie::StdScalar)
