I'm a software engineer located in the Midwest, working for a sizable regional voice/data/CLEC/webhosting/wireless company. We use Perl and Oracle extensively to maintain/create/develop our customer care interface, billing system, various marketing & financial reports and anything else that can make our jobs easy... we've got a long way to go.
