• your original problem description did not state that you also wanted the condition to be satisfied by the 3x3-matrices
• but that is no problem, as ikegami provided an update to his solution (in the same thread) that adds that additional condition :-)
• if ikegamis solution is too sophisticated for you, you might want to check the other solutions provided in that thread
