in reply to best module for PDF creation?

My company wrote a good sitelet for a pretty large company using pdflib.

We started this project back over 2 1/2 years ago so the pdf options in Perl were few and far between so we stuck with it. I think there's more information on perl.com and cpan.org ...

Search cpan.org here.

Back when we started using pdflib it was free, well it's not anymore and that's why we haven't upgraded. If the client would want more capability or just want upgrade in the future, I'll probably be in the same boat you are, but as for now pdflib did the job for us for free.

Good luck with your search.

Looks fun, but I'm looking for something to embed in a cross platform system, so need to use perl, not C.

A bit more research is leading me towards Text::PDF::API. This seems to be a large project, and I think Fredo could do with some English help, so it might be a good place to pitch in

Hmmm. Anyone played with this module in particular?
