You just quit visiting the site. Any comments of questions you have posted will stay around to help another Monk who runs into a problem you have posted about.

Take care and perhaps we will run into one another some time.

The sacrament of becoming a Perlmonk cannot be undone!

A program should be light and agile, its subroutines connected like a string of pearls. The spirit and intent of the program should be retained throughout. There should be neither too little or too much, neither needless loops nor useless variables, neither lack of structure nor overwhelming rigidity." - The Tao of Programming, 4.1 - Geoffrey James

OK I'll leave my aura for future generations! As there is no way of "leaving" here, wake me in 1000 years after my cryogenic freezing and if I cannot login again I shall seek out your remains and tell you all that you were mistaken! ADB

If you are getting rid of your PC, then you should wipe the disk to eliminate private info. But that is a purely local affair.

Take a look at dban for example.
