Do we know that the op needs a 64-bit repo ? (I guess it's likely, but I can't see anything really conclusive in the info provided.)

Either way, you may well be right - even if it's just 32-bit repos that are needed, I wouldn't be surprised if ppm is only of limited use for this particular exercise.

    You're right of course. 32-bit Perl runs just fine on 64-bit Win. That said, I don't find a ppm of Chart::Clicker for 32-bit either.
