On what OS? Is Excel installed? Are you just converting one file, or a batch of many files?

From the details given in your question, I would say just install PDFCreator and print the document to a PDF file.

Its on Unix system. And I want to convert only single excel file to PDF format. Do you have any way to sort out such problem..? I search alot on CPAn site and other but found now way.	[reply]

Almost sure it is not what you want, but if it is just tabular data, no fancy formatting in Excel, you could use Spreadsheet::ParseExcel, LaTeX::Table and LaTeX::Driver. There is a csv2pdf example in LaTeX::Table.	[reply]
