You don't need mingw or anything else.

just run this in your cmd windows: ppm install Net-Netmask and you're done.

There is no module Net::Netmas, there Net::Netmask. Either try other PPM repositories (see PPM::Repositories) or install via cpan: `cpan Net::Netmask` [download]	[reply] [d/l]
