That's a disclaimer, not a user agreement!! Maybe they do not mind interactive use but do not want scripts hitting it. That's their call to make, just like they can cut you off if they want to. I think Corion has called this one correctly.

Agreed. However there is no user registration required with this site and hence I guess no user agreement. I will continue by modifying my scripts till they specify somewhere that such a use is not acceptable. Sorry for such an attitude but I do want my scripts to do their works automatically without me being their data entry operator. Thanks Uday	[reply]
