Exctracting noun phrases in Russian

vit has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Dear Monks
Does anybody know or have a package to extract Russian language noun phrases similar to what Lingua::EN::Tagger does.

Lingua::RU::Antimat? RussianPOSTagger? Lemmatizer.org? Lingua::TreeTagger!! Lingua::TreeTagger looks like the best fit based on description, but I'm no lemma :)	[reply]
