Exit cpan and try again. Did you run the o conf commands from within a cpan session? Please post (paste?) exactly what you are seeing on screen. It's hard to try and advise otherwise.	[reply]

means that your system clock is wrong. Correct that, or let your system administrator correct that. Actually I doubt it. I get similar errors all the time with cpanp/dmake. I think it has to do with tar/Archive::Tar and/or the original uploaders system and not the local system.	[reply]
