Either your installation of Bugzilla::Template is broken or the module itself is broken, as it seems to try to call a method `->new()` that does not exist. Consult with your system administrator on how to fix this. You should review the process by which the module was installed on the machine and then do a proper installation instead.	[reply] [d/l]
