ionelica has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi guys,

I'm trying to use Eclipse/EPIC to debug perl and I can't get it working: COMPILATION FAILED IN REQUIRE.

System: Windows XP

Perl: Straberry 5.12.1.0

Eclipse: 3.6.2

PadWalker: 1.9.2

EPIC: 0.5.x

Being a newbie to this, any help is appreciated.

Regards, Ionelica

      Hi Marto,

Great: Your question solved my question!

I deleted the PadWalker installation and re-started it from zero (cpan install ...): so now it worked.

      Thanks for this "tip" :)!

    COMPILATION FAILED IN REQUIRE

The error message prior to that is likely the much more diagnostic one (and surely isn't in all-caps).
