Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
I am opening a file for writing,but if the if the file already exists in read-only mode,am getting a "permission denied" error,I tried to add below,it didnt work,any inputs?
chmod 0777 deletefiles.txt; open(my $OUTPUT, '+>', "deletefiles.txt") or die $!;
