Is there some kind of Revocation list? How would I specify that,

Good question! It seems there is at least a script to update the git repository.

It would be nice to let the OS manage this, like with Win32::Crypt::API or some such :)

Feel free to write a wrapper module.

Good question! It seems there is at least a script to update the git repository. I checked that, but https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/security/nss/lib/ckfw/builtins/certdata.txt?raw=1 hasn't changed, and doesn't seem to contain anything with the word revoke :) Feel free to write a wrapper module.
