Jason, I get a ppm install failed: The PPD does not provide code to install for this platform. Any ideas what is wrong?

Most likely, that means that your Perl is not Active State Perl 5.10 on Windows XP/Vista/7 32bit . Look at the output of `perl -v`, and see whether it is Perl 5.10.
